The PGDM (General Management) at XLRI, Jamshedpur is an 18-month full-time residential programme, structured as 12 months of academic learning followed by 6 months of industry engagement, designed for experienced professionals with at least three years of work experience. The programme enables participants to transition into senior leadership roles by combining strong management fundamentals with specialised electives that can be tailored to individual career goals.
